The owners of this detached property in affluent Guildford decide they wanted an extra bedroom and bathroom. Our surveyor visited the site and suggested the most attractive and cost effective design would incorporate a cottage dormer window at the front of the house and Velux™ windows at the back.

Happy with the designs and estimate, and planning permissions sorted, they instructed us to go ahead and the work was completed on time and within budget. The owners were thrilled with the finished conversion and, like many clients, couldn’t believe how the loft space had been transformed into such a beautiful and useful space.
